Jak dziewczyny oszukują nas na Instagramie?

Piękne ciała, boskie i pozbawione wad.

A przecież Instagram to głównie zdjęcia.

Instagram vs reality 🤷🏼‍♀️🌿 It's odd how much we seek approval from others, getting validation from compliments and likes. Even today I looked at the photo on the left and thought to myself that's not "Instagram worthy" enough for this post because my face looks weird and I have a skin roll 🙄 But that just goes to show the amount of pressure we put on ourselves to seem perfect!! But we don't need to! These are normal things and we don't look the same in all our photos! You shouldn't need a 'perfect' 'instagrammable' photo of yourself to love yourself. You shouldn't let the amount of likes you get, dictate how you feel about yourself. We all look different and those differences make you, you!! Nobody looks the same 24/7 in all their photos so don't be hard on yourself trying to look like everyone you see on social media!! Love your uniqueness because it's amazing and makes you the lovely person that you are!! 🌴☀️ PS I'm sorry if you're getting bored of these, I love posting them and many people love them so I'm not gonna stop 😬💕 ------------------------------------------ . . . #thankyourbody #bodypositive #bodyconfidence #nobodyshame #reality #selfesteem #selfacceptance #lawofattraction #youareworthit #youareunique #insecurities #healthyhabits #loveyourbody #effyourbeautystandards

Insecurity 🌿 I put on a bikini just for the purpose of taking photos for Instagram, on the left I almost cracked my back out of place from trying to bend it and pulled my butt cheeks up one by one to make them appear bigger. And on the right I am just relaxing my body. 🙃 I had scoliosis surgery and therefore cannot bend my back like most people can due to the titanium in my spine. I had always been horribly self conscious about my back having no curves and appearing wide when I sit relaxed. I've posted about it before and would get insecure/jealous when I saw images of people with curvy bodies. I thought they looked like this 24/7 from behind. I would get so upset because I knew I could not look like that all the time. But the truth is, nobody does. A picture is just a split second. We all look different from different angles. But all these angles are still our bodies. We are equally worthy in all our photos. I am no longer insecure about the way my body looks on the right because I know nobody looks like the photo on the right all the time. That's my body and I should not be ashamed of it!! 🌴☀️ ------------------------------------------ . . . #bodypositive #alsome #mybody #notashamed #loveyourbody #selfconfidence #beyourself #glutes #begrateful #selflove #bewhoyouare #bootygoals

🤷‍♀️ Those angles, I tell ya... 😂🍑 The one thing I was most insecure about growing up was my booty. I’ve always been smaller on bottom and I would try to wear long shirts to cover it. One thing I’ve loved about fitness is the ability to sculpt your body in various ways BUT there’s only so much muscle you can build on your butt AND you need to flex it to really show it off 😝💪 . A lot of the booty pics you see on Instagram are flexed, pushed out, back arched so much it actually hurts...plus high waisted pants that accentuate a small waist and lift the booty too...there are so many ways to make it look 10x bigger on insta than in real life, and I do it too!! I love posing and admiring the “Instagram booty” but that’s not my real booty. And I’m okay with that. . Over time, I’ve gotten several comments about my lack of a butt, even recently when I actually am so proud of my hard work. It may not look like what someone else would consider an ideal booty, but it’s mine!! Not theirs. And I’ve had to work hard to love it and to shape it and to love it no matter the shape or size. People are always going to have opinions on your body. Do they hurt sometimes? Yes. But a wise woman once said, “You could be the ripest, juiciest peach in the world and there will still be someone who hates peaches”. And in this case, I LITERALLY mean peaches 🍑🍑😂😂 #bodylove #realstagram #angles (pants are Lorna Jane! :)) . Try @bodyloveapp FREE for 7-days! 💕 www.annavictoria.com/bodyloveapp

Instagram vs reality- booty edition 🍑🌿 On the left I'm sucking in my tummy and flexing my legs while doing the oh so well known booty pop pose to make my booty look bigger. And on the right I'm standing straight with my tummy and whole body relaxed, which is what my body looks like most of the time ☺️ I'm not trying to target anyone with this post, because I've done it in the past too, cause sometimes you wanna post your most flattering booty picture and that's okay! I just want to show you guys that what you see isn't always reality, so you shouldn't get caught up on comparing your booty to someone else's booty. But I know that's hard to just stop doing, lately I've been comparing my body to others (it happens to us all) and feeling like my booty has lost muscle and appeared smaller, because I always look at it from my straight standing, relaxed angle compared to all the posed booties I've been looking at. Butttt after taking this posed photo I've reminded myself that it really is just a matter of angles and bikini bottom/underwear positioning and I should love the body I have! So next time you start feeling bad about your body scrolling through instagram (or anywhere) just remember that we usually only share our highlights/best photos and your body is just as beautiful as the body you're comparing it to, so don't be so hard on yourself!! As the saying goes: "Another persons’s beauty is not the absence of your own". I hope this reminder helps and that you guys have a lovely, positive #friyay and a great weekend! 🌴☀️ PS my hair doesn't usually look like this- I just have an oil treatment in 😂 . . . (I've been shadow banned but still want to share the body positivity so now I gotta put my hashtags in the description) 😬 #bootycheck #bootybuilding #lawofattraction #bodypositivity #loa #progressnotperfection #beforeandafter #bodyimage #girlswhosquat #vegan #vegansofig #girlswholift #girlswithmuscle #weightlifting #bbg #selflove #youarebeautiful #veganfitness #motivation #fitnessmotivation #sweatwithkayla #gains #squatspo #beyou #beconfident #selfconfidence #embraceyourself
